My favourite pastime magz!
Chinese dumplings is easy to make, make a mixture of minced meat and prawn, season well and add chopped spring onions if you like, use store bought thin pastry or filo and cut into small squares or circles, skoop mixture place in middle, clutch the sides, boil dumplings till they float in pan. Serve with any sauce.
